Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain group-wide human resources strategies, HR budget, C&B schemes and remuneration policies, and especially participate in the management of Southeast Asia subsidiaries, including:
- Review, analyze, and co-ordinate the manpower planning of the Southeast Asia subsidiaries
- Annual HR budgeting and allocation in accordance with the group's manpower strategy, bonus and salary review plans, and annual bonus and salary review budgeting and allocation
- Study, formulate and execute the HR budget control mechanism
- Study, establish and maintain rewards management policies and staff wellness programs
- Conduct due diligence on Southeast Asia subsidiaries' C&B policies and management initiatives
- Conduct job matching and participate various compensation and benefits surveys in both HK and Southeast Asia
- Study, establish and maintain human resources management mechanism
- Other ad-hoc projects
- Degree with major in Human Resources Management, Finance and Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant discipline
- At least 4 years working experience in human resources management, preferably in regional bank
- Familiar with statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia
- Good analytical, presentation and communication skills required
- Excellent Chinese and English writing skills required and preferably fluent in Mandarin and English speaking
