Client Executive: Institutional - 12 month FTC

The role will include:

• Maintaining and developing exceptional relationship levels and support to clients on behalf of the managers
• Coordinate and resolve client enquiries by using expertise from throughout the business, and working with those more senior in the team
• Providing high level technical support, showing an understanding of a client's decision making process and objectives
• Supporting the business development team and portfolio managers with meeting preparation and follow ups
• Updating presentations, meeting packs and assisting with the production of legal documentation, reports and client data.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a self-starter with a good sense of professionalism and ability to work independently as well as in a close team
• Demonstrate an interest in Investment Management, different products and asset classes, with the curiosity to learn more
• Be detailed oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to prioritise work and deal with a high volume of queries from both internal and external stakeholders
