Provide a high level overview of the role and scope of responsibilities

Support Syndication of Fixed Income Instruments which would include providing financial as well as qualitative analysis for each proposed loan and assisting in underwriting, committing, and closing transactions

Responsibilities

• Providing Debt overview including detailed debt profile and financials Help bankers arrive at appropriate pricing by preparing complex Bond/Loan Comps, Credit Agreement Analysis, Covenant Analysis etc. Make Screening Memo, includes company and industry overview, detailed debt profile and facility Identify specific merits, risks and mitigants for each transaction Work closely with capital markets COOs on reporting and governance routines Help ensure key stakeholders are kept abreast of ESG policy and regulatory developments Tracking of ESG related transactions across GCIB Produce materials for senior leadership with insight into insight into BofA’s ESG market performance across products Research Capital markets, provide and update daily market commentary for all regions Prepare Industry-wise (FIG/ENP/CNR/TMT) Weekly Market Presentations
