NOTE: We are only considering applicants currently residing in the US with work authorization.

Core responsibilities
  • Custodian Bank Account analysis and reconciliations for the firm's Non-U.S. and U.S. markets including active and ESG strategies in both Equities and Fixed Income.
  • Critical analysis of investment accounting functions such as account reconciliation and reporting via the industry's most advanced accounting and reconciliation platforms such as Advent Geneva or Portia and SS&C Recon or Gresham Electra.
  • Middle office trade clearing and settlements support using industry standards technology such as Bloomberg AIM, MOXY, Charles River, BBH Infomediary, DTCC TradeSuite, CTM, CTM Settlement Notification, and ALERT.
  • Facilitate pricing, security master maintenance, and corporate action event processing such as stock dividends, splits, acquisitions and bond principal and interest payments via Bloomberg, IDC, and Factset.

Candidate qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (business majors preferred)
  • Prefer 5+ years industry experience (financial investments, asset management, financial services providers, or public accounting firms within their investment management practice)
  • Bonus 2+ years industry experience processing fixed income assets including MBS, ABS, and municipals bonds (trade settlements and/or reconciliation)
  • Precise attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • High level of service mindedness
  • Experienced with SS&C/Advent Geneva, Bloomberg/AIM and FactSet
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access and ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
