Key responsibilities
  • Alignment of appointment requests
  • Operational activities, e.g. reporting tasks, process monitoring Independent of presentations and project progress reporting for colleagues, customers, company management and decision-making bodies
  • Coordination and support of trainings and workshops
  • Preparation and follow-up as well as, if necessary, moderation of meetings and, to an increasing extent, participation in the relevant steering committees
  • Depending on experience, also steering of selected topics
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties, e.g. coordination of events
  • Proactively organize and structure the office's daily business
  • Support and cover other assistant colleagues

Key requirements/skills/experience
  • Experienced handling of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Power Point, experience with MS 365/ MS Teams.
  • Confident appearance, communication skills, assertiveness and tact, independent and precise working style
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong coordination skills as well as ability to think out-of-the box
  • Very good time-management skills and multitasking abilities
