Your team
You will work in our Counterparty Credit Risk team in London, which is part of our Group Risk Control function. We are responsible for assessing, approving and monitoring the creditworthiness of counterparties, with focus on financial institutions, sovereigns and corporate clients. Our role will provide an opportunity to work as part of a global credit team spanning across EMEA-US-APAC, with a product focus of OTC Derivatives, Repos, Exchange Traded Derivatives, Structured Lending and Trade & Export Finance. Our EMEA team is primarily located in our London office and ultimately reports into our firm's Chief Risk Officer.

Your expertise
• at least 5 years' relevant work experience as a credit risk analyst/officer in a financial services institution covering Insurance and Banks
• a Bachelor's degree; CFA or another professional qualification (e.g. FRM) would be highly advantageous
• ability to write clear and concise risk analysis reports to support your recommendations
• knowledge of banking, derivatives and capital markets products
• familiarity with trading documentation (including ISDA and GMRA)
• demonstrated ability to make and defend credit decisions under scrutiny from risk and front office management, as well as internal auditors
• good communication skills and a proven track record in building relationships
