REDD is a leading provider of intelligence on distressed and high-yield companies in emerging markets. Through its online platform and sophisticated mobile apps, the service produces real-time intelligence, curated news, and analytics on emerging market corporates. REDD's experienced teams of journalists and analysts continually report on potential trading catalysts and significant corporate events (e.g. M&A, financial distress), allowing asset managers and advisers to identify and benefit from early-stage trading or business opportunities.

REDD is looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Representative to join its Asia team, based in Singapore. He/She will be looking at the China market.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in sales, client support role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Mandarin and English language skills are required.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.
  • Interest in Asia, Latin America, and CEEMEA's largest economies.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Build long-term relationships within the financial community in Asia.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of new business in Asia.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM database, generate reports, and provide support.
  • Generate leads via light cold calls.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, directly with Senior Management from Banks, Hedge Funds, and Advisory firms.
  • Attend conferences and networking events.

  • Sales track record, preferably with Chinese onshore clients
