Senior Manager, Product Development (Insurance)

My client is a fast growing insurance company in Hong Kong, they are hiring a Senior Manager, product development to lead for the product development. Interested parties with relevant experience in insurance product project or product development area are welcome to apply.

Job description

• You will be performing as the head of product to lead the product development journey from design to launch.
• To conduct research and evaluate the opportunities in the market.
• To define insurance products coverage, underwriting process and pricing strategy etc.
• To monitor the performance of insurance portfolio and utilise data-driven insights of insurance product performance to make continuous product improvements.
• To enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirement

• 10+ years of experience in insurance products management, product development.
• Strong in leadership skills and communication skills to collaborate with different departments such as Marketing, technology, actuarial, business development etc.
• To be creative and innovative to lead insurance product design for the market
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese

Less experience candidate will be considered as Product development Manager.
