Team Overview
The Reporting & Distribution Services (RDS) team located in Delaware, is accountable for the production of standard as well as high touch, specialized reports for a broad array of clients in the Americas. Our Delaware team is part of a larger Global Reporting & Distribution Services organization and is actively involved in global initiatives.

Each member of our team is involved in maintaining a high standard of client deliverables, client servicing and support of the global RDS organization. The environment is fast paced, with high volume of work, stringent deadlines and constant communication with client facing teams with prompt turn-around on queries.
Role Responsibility
  • Produce regular daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports using in-house applications and the Microsoft Office package
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of all deliverables, proactively communicating potential delays to clients
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships across teams in order to deliver reporting according to client expectation
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders, representing the team in front of senior managers across the firm and locations
  • Constantly evaluate systems, processes and procedures for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement
  • Complete efficiency and capacity-building initiatives, including automation/ standardization efforts
  • Understand the risk environment within the department - promote risk awareness, assessment and control
Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel, and an aptitude for learning new applications
  • Experience in team leadership and training structures would be an advantage
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent work ethic and willingness to contribute beyond the scope of one's role to achieve team and firm objectives
  • Flexibility in working hours required at peak reporting periods
  • Excellent attention to detail, accurate and well organized
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize information, summarize issues and suggest solutions
  • Sharp control/risk mitigation mentality with ability to know when to escalate issues
  • Ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines with strong emphasis on appropriate prioritization
  • Experience in using VBA and/or Python for data retrieval and display purposes is desired as a key skill in role
  • Ability and desire to work in a team environment; willingness to ask questions but also to learn independently
