What will you be doing?

• Support existing customer credit card portfolio by designing and executing in-depth data analysis in various business areas including profit and loss constructs and pricing strategies.
• Execute the analytical framework to support strategic directive within the existing customer segment and the Credit & Data Analytics team.
• Act as key point of contact for all marketing related analytical support.
• Analyze and work with financial data using programs including SAS, SQL and Tableau to provide data insights and help make data driven business decisions Support the launch of new marketing programs to stimulate growth and increase profitability using sound statistical methodologies.
• Design and implements statistical tests to accurately track and measure program and offers' performance.
• Creating dashboards in Tableau, Excel and MS Power Point to effectively communicate data insights to various stakeholders and leadership team.
• Identify gaps and areas for enhancement through developed reports to track performance indicators across the business.
• Collaborate and coach other analytical team members to collect and analyze data, reporting results to senior management team and providing support for implementation of programs to optimize marketing programs for existing customers.
• Maintain, improve and calibrate program P&L outlook for strategic program targeting to achieve program objectives.
• Ensure compliance of current and newly developed strategies with bank's policies and procedures.

What we're looking for:

Requires minimum of Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Project Management, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or closely related field and 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Senior Analyst, Software Engineer, Data Scientist or related field. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in specified fields and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in a position specified above. Must have demonstrated experience with the following:

• Utilize statistical analysis, Unix and SAS/SQL to analyze large datasets and manage marketing campaigns including profit & loss assessment and campaign targeting strategy;
• Perform statistical data analysis to accurately assess customer behavior from profitability perspective including individual revenue and loss components;
• Use SAS, SQL, Excel with advanced Excel Functions such as Pivot Tables, and/or Tableau build visual dashboards to present data insights, project reports and recommendations to management team;
• Manage projects and deliverables utilizing industry standard and project management best practices; and
• Understand all aspects of the consumer credit card lifecycle that can be used across multiple channels of the organization.
