Institutional Sales Director, Equities and Fixed Income Securities

Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the role is to cover China's onshore Equities and Fixed Income securities and drive revenue from institutional investors in Singapore

Job Description:

• Source new institutional clients for trading Equities and Fixed Income securities through the Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII) qualification, Bond Connect (Northbound) and China Interbank Bond Market (CIBM) Direct
• Maintain and develop business relationship with institutional clients in Singapore
• Produce and execute marketing and sales plan targeting the growth of institutional clients base
• Pitching trading ideas across Equities and Fixed Income securities
• Organize and participate in roadshows, corporate meetings and other investor events in Singapore
• Distribute GTJA research reports

Requirements:

The successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor degree or above with a major in Business and Finance;
• At least 5 years of QFII related sales and marketing experience
• Thorough understanding of China's onshore products and market microstructure
• Excellent client management skills and an ability to execute from sales pitching to client onboarding
• Team player, self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
