f the answer to all of the above questions is yes, then this role could be ideal for you. My client is a large, well-respected retail-specialized investment manager with some awesome UK retail assets. They are looking to hire an asset management-focused analyst/associate who will be based in London with responsibility for a high-profile westcountry asset plus other retail assets in the portfolio This London-based role will support the Head of Asset Management and Asset Management Director, taking ownership of the analysis behind both the day-to-day AM activity and the strategic mid-long term planning. The role will involve frequent travel to the west country/other UK locations Excellent modelling skills are key to this role, you must be very strong modeller and able to demonstrate very good financial knowledge and awareness You'll also need good UK real estate market understanding and bricks and mortar savvy MRICS is not a requirement Must have a good personality, be sociable and have an opinion A retail background would be a bonus but isn't essential What is key is an understanding of the financial aspects, not just the bricks and mortar. European languages are nice to have but not necessary The company offers flexible working and a really great culture Compensation will be c. £60-70k base plus bonus.
