This fund is actively deploying their third fund (€1.5bn) across Europe with a specific focus on both Healthcare and Technology. This Private Equity Fund has an outstanding track record across their first two funds having achieved market leading returns to investors. This has proved an incredible springboard for fund III.
The successful candidate will join a very active fund and will be responsible for end to end execution and also post acquisition value creation. The fund operates a very flat hierarchy and candidates who apply must want to join a fund where they can pro actively initiate and present their own investment ideas. The fund continually champion learning and development so this really is an excellent fund for those who want to have a significant impact early in their career whilst simultaneously developing their investing and value creation skill set.
The successful candidate must work at either a Top 3 consultancy (with exposure to PE due diligence projects) or at a top tier Investment Bank either within M&A or Leveraged Finance. Whilst those from consulting are expected to have more of a generalist sector background those from banking must have exposure to either tech or healthcare. Candidates working in other mid or large cap funds who are looking for a change would also be very relevant.
This represents a truly exceptional opportunity to join a fund with an outstanding track record but still be able to exert their own influence and ideas as part of their continued and future success.
