- • The Sales manager is responsible for managing all business in one or two countries in the region that is related to Palm oil
- • To be successful, the sales manager should be capable of managing and growing existing
- segments and setup/develop the sales of our ingredient portfolio in new segments and
- businesses.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Marketing and sales of total product portfolio in your region
- • First contact person for all communication and business in your region
- Leading and growing the business in your region
- Exploring new business opportunities for the company
- Pro-active communicate with your peers and foreign offices
- Share market information which can help the team
- Hunting for new leads and business
- Solve client issues pro-actively
- Create new initiatives regional or globally that help the company grow
- Face to face contact with your clients
- 25%+ travel time annually
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master diploma
- Singapore passport holder or PR
- 3-5 years of sales/trader experience in ingredients
- Knowledge of building supply chains
- Knowledge of import/export and Incoterms
- Proven experience in selling and/or sourcing of ingredients
- It is a plus if you can manage projects or a product category
- Clear communicator with a winners attitude
- Workers mentality
- Entrepreneur who can handle freedom and takes responsibilities
