Jr Analyst

DD360 is a Mexico City based tech and financial company founded by a group of professionals with a wide range of expertise in the Financial and Real Estate sectors. DD360 is recognized as a leader in structuring tailored financial solutions for residential developers seeking to fill gaps in their capital structure for acquisition, construction, and monetization. Our primary investing activities include Mezzanine Loans, Senior Loans, and Special Situations.

Opportunity

We are looking for an Jr. Analyst that will participate in the investment process for Real Estate development companies and tech platform growth, with primarily focus on the next responsibilities:

• Create and analyze financial models (project finance modeling experience will be a plus)
• Participate and support in the structuring of new transactions
• Review and analyze historical and projected financial statements
• Conduct industry, integrity (KYC), and market research (including pricing benchmarks) assessments, as well as assist in business development efforts
• Elaborate memos and proposals for the Investment Committee
• Review company information and prepare reports on project progress, and other information submitted by clients
• Prepare documentation for DD3 internal processes
• Participate and provide analytical support in investments negotiations
• Support in tech development platform

Selection Criteria

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment to identify issues and present
• creative and practical solutions
• Demonstrated quantitative, financial analysis, and modeling skills
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Proactive, initiative taker
• Ability to manage and complete multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines under
• pressure.
• Keen interest in emerging markets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
