Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the traceability of the incidents and the quality of the ticket captured
• Work closely with the IT support teams
• Participate in the ticketing backlog clean-up and incident triage configuration
• Analyze statistics
• Act as key contact for stakeholders in case of request escalation or incident
• Define service level agreements with clients and outsourcer
• Organize and lead internal service review meetings with key stakeholders for each BLs
• Responsible to raise back to different service reviews of each outsourcer incidents of the perimeter. Track service performance against defined service level agreement
• Setup PIR and SIR meetings
Experience:
• Proven working experience as IT Service Manager (min 7-10 years) in a banking environment.
• Strong experience with Service Now tool.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Standards
• Knowledge of technology and operations in the investment bank industry
• Strong client-facing and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Experience working in a complex and changing environment
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to details, rigorous
