Position Description:

The Talent Development Program Manager role will be responsible for the support and management for our global Talent Development programs, with a focus on Learning. You will work closely with the Talent Development partners, and various HR and business stakeholders, to ensure the delivery and exceptional execution of a fully integrated talent development strategy that facilitates the opportunity for our employees to perform, learn, lead and handle effectively.

You will actively lead projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business needs. This includes scoping, planning, design and coordination activities to ensure the right output, data governance, and participant experience are delivered end-to-end with impeccable quality.

This role reports to the Talent Development Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to analyze learning needs and identify skill gaps and development opportunities
  • Provide training and development support and solutions. Leverage resources including e-learning courses, workshops, instructor-led and curation or development of content
  • Oversee and execute logistical elements of programs including session planning, facilitator coordination, materials production and distribution, participant communication, day-of support and post-event follow-up
  • Create and manage program details in the learning management system
  • Solicit and consolidate feedback, identifying common themes and collaborating with team members and key stakeholders to continuously enhance programs
  • Monitor, evaluate, and summarize the effectiveness and value (ROI) of Talent Development programs and processes
  • Proactively and accurately respond to inbound Talent Development requests and inquiries
  • Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely information to HR colleagues and employees, managers, and business leaders
  • Oversee the preparation of New Hire Orientation including facilitation. Liaise with global HR colleagues to align content and delivery
  • Maintain department's intranet site and learning management system to ensure relevant content is updated and new content is added
  • Work globally and cross-functionally to improve efficiency and consistently execute on Talent Development processes and programs; effective at gathering and synthesizing information from multiple parties


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience (human resources, learning or talent development desirable)
  • Working knowledge of and/or interest in learning management systems. Workday experience a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve - ability to exercise judgement and take initiative
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and has immaculate follow up, and strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team; intuitive, quick learner
  • Ability to prioritize; work on and complete multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly professional manner, with the ability to interact with vendors and employees of all levels of experience and seniority, across the organization
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
