Wholesaler Associate 2
Allspring Global Investments has an opening for a Wholesaler Associate 2 role. As a Wholesaler Associate, you will focus on deepening relationships with existing financial advisors and identifying new sales opportunities, provide support for field wholesalers as a home office point of contact, and resolve complex questions regarding the mutual fund line-up, investment commentary and practice management solutions. You must have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintaining a flexible approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Call on Financial Advisors at various broker/dealers to communicate strategies that increase product sales within the Allspring Global Investments Funds.
- Partner with field wholesalers to develop and execute on a territory business plan to meet and exceed territory gross and net sales goals.
- Utilize business tools to target key opportunities that align with corporate initiatives.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills.
- 4+ years mutual funds sales or service experience.
- Business development, financial product sales, and consultative selling experience.
