As one of Europe's leading private debt manager with a growing institutional investor base, the team are looking to hire a highly technical Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate to support this growth and help navigate through an active and highly successfully fundraise. What the job involves

• Executing highly analytical output to contribute to the development of fundraising and due diligence materials such as private placement memorandums, pitch books, investor presentations and due diligence questionnaires
• Supporting complex, quantitative investor diligence requests as well as the pitching process for separately managed accounts
• Helping with complex bespoke reporting requirements. Some output will include: fund projections analysis, carried interest modelling etc
• Collaborating with senior management on projects and analytics that will contribute to future strategic decisions
• Generating content for key investor-related events such as the AGM and LP Advisory Committee

Who we are looking for

• Relevant experience in financial services - from a Big 4 accounting environment particularly desirable
• Understanding of private markets strategies and fundraising processes
• Self-starter who is organised and able to time manage effectively to work towards investor deadlines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly collaborative, fosters a strong team-oriented approach
• Trustworthy, adaptable, resilient and transparent
