Tier 1 Insurer - Business Analyst - eMPF (2 Years Contract)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of regulatory products, restructuring of the pension fund platform, fund restructuring and other ad hoc projects
• Drive and manage the integration of supporting team project and KPI performance monitoring,
• Monitor daily operations and scheme finance for the pension platform
• Manage implementation of various initiatives, new platform migration, process transformation and improvement for pension funds business
• Lead the team to re-enforce various investment controls and operations, regulatory and investment reporting, risk monitoring and review for pension funds
• Monitor the automation projects relating to order processing, valuation and reporting
• Review regulatory reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness of submission
• Enhance analytical review on the fee and expenses, cash flow, fund performance and other fund related reporting
• Perform due diligence on external service providers
• Liaise with external and internal auditors. Review financial statements for the funds

Job Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in business or finance related subject or equivalent CPA Qualification
• 6 years of relevant experience in investment, treasury, financial accounting/reporting and fund investment operations and valuations
• Any project experience is preferred
• Strong data analytical and reporting/presentation skills
• Cooperative, responsible detail minded person with a positive attitude, able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS PowerPoints & Excel, BI )
• Candidates with less experiences would be considered as Assistant Manager
