To build belief in the purpose and strategy of the firm and find innovative and compelling ways to connect firm wide and local initiatives
Work closely with the Head of Corporate Affairs to ensure that employee communications activity is tightly integrated with that of other communications disciplines, aligned with commercial goals and the overarching company narrative.
In conjunction with the senior team, help shape the Company's tone of voice and ensure it complements the brand, values and heritage
Work with business leaders to produce regular and timely business updates and ensuring as a firm, we are celebrating success and recognising achievements
Use detailed, systematic insight and research to help senior leaders understand employee sentiment and empower them to communicate empathetically
Partner with the Chief of Staff to provide regular readouts from key meetings
Partner with the HR team and senior management to help define and communicate the employee value proposition
Identify opportunities to promote storytelling within the firm to drive employee engagement and improve the employee experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A passion for effective and creative communication to engage employees
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing internal communications plans
Proven stakeholder management skills, ability to build relationships and trust with senior management
Strong project management skills
Flexible in times of ambiguity and conflicting deadlines and calm under pressure
Dynamic and self-motivated with the ability to get to the heart of complicated issues with speed
High degree of integrity and comfortable to deal with confidential information
