- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to analyze clients' feature requirements
- Provide technical suggestions, configure, implement and customize the products that fulfill clients' needs
- Ensure good communication with the clients and being able to deliver good quality services and provide safe release deployments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in product integration
- Programming experience, ideally in Typescript/JavaScript
- Ideally with experience in Cloud technology
- Fluent in verbal and written English (Cantonese is a plus)
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
