Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual to join the UOB Digital team to help us define and drive the Digital Wealth space for PFS. Reporting to the head of Digital Wealth, you should have experience in this area and worked in a similar business for your current organization. You should have a view on what are the different ways customers interact with financial providers for their wealth needs both online and offline, and understand what needs to be done to attract them to our unique wealth propositions.
This is a challenging role and requires you to be able to interact with cross functions and drive thinking across both product and marketing teams. Opportunities like this rarely come by and we are looking for the best talent out there.

Strategic Thinking & Planning
  • Able to conceptualise and come up with various angles of tackling issues and problem, recommend a way forward, and proactively implement the agreed solution.
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic & business Case planning to tactical activities
  • Analyzing potential revenue streams for product development with a focus on the wealth space
  • Understand the business issues and be able to define plans and milestones to resolve them.
  • Review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Marketing & Execution
  • Work with the Marketing and PR teams to plan for public launches of new Digital Wealth services.
  • Be responsible for Digital Wealth acquisition and transaction numbers.
  • Evolve and innovate offering in line with statistics and findings.


Job Requirements
  • At least 5-6 years of product management experience in a financial institution or fintech in the Digital Wealth space, with at least 5 years of working experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to assess multiple systems for troubleshooting. Good problem solver and decision maker.
  • Ability to write well and experienced at writing various business documents (i.e. business case and requirements, project plans, presentations, reports, and specifications).
  • Excellent communications skills and able to work across both business and technology partners.
  • Excited and passionate about digital technologies, and its ability to change significantly the way we live.
