Job responsibilities
  • Report to the Department Head
  • Responsible for IT infrastructure maintenance and support
  • Ensure a stable and secure IT infrastructure
  • Provide IT support services to end users
  • Work closely with vendors to provide hardware and network solutions
  • Coordinate with Beijing Headquarter on infrastructure design and implementation
  • Assist in the implementation of BCP/DR and ad-hoc IT projects
  • Responsible for IT asset management

Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in IT infrastructure support, preferably in financial services industry
  • Solid experience in PC hardware, MS Office, IP phone, VC Equipment, Active Directory administration, network security, VPN, VMWare vSphere and Veeam backup
  • Experienced in Windows and Linux server/network/firewall configuration and implementation
  • Candidate must be independent, responsible and proactive
  • Good interpersonal skills , communication skills and problem solving skills with team spirit
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
