The Job
  • Lead a team in executing and managing the daily operation work
  • Ensure all tasks are done within the turnaround time and following the administration procedures
  • Handle daily setup, execute, and analyze campaigns across multiple channels review, formulate and implement procedures to achieve the highest standard of efficiency and effectiveness
  • Verify user requests and data setting in system
  • Prepare periodical reports and analysis for management review
  • Handle and follow up inquiries from internal customer, provide support to other teams, and develop reports to provide insights
  • Participate in projects and system enhancements for operational efficiency, preform test plan, UAT checking and progress update
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required

The Person
  • Degree holder in accounting or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in life insurance or accounting industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and detail minded
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn - Self-starter and a good team player
  • Proficient of using MS Office tools, including Word, Excel and Power point
  • Curious and interested in technology and new products
