About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for managing a strategic partnership with an existing partner and will be responsible for the initiatives to grow usage and acquisition to drive market share and income growth for the Bank.

• Manage relationship with partner and with an understanding of the industry
• Manage in-life product performance and profitability
• Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Execute collateral production for the campaigns designed for the product, which may include both ATL and BTL
• Timely tracking, fulfilment and analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure that results are on track and identify areas to improve marketing efficiencies
• Manage all customer queries and issues relating to product activities by working closely with Customer Service team
• Conduct ongoing analysis of markets and competitors to remain current in the marketplace
• Work cross functionally with other stakeholders for acquisition, usage related campaigns and other initiatives to drive further collaboration with the partner
• Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation
• Identify business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements and objectives.
• High level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products

Job Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Marketing or its equivalent
• At least 3 years of product and partner management experience, preferably with the relevant experience in financial services or partner management
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous, proactive and able to think creatively
• Excellent communication
• Project Management Skills
• Have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
• Confidence and ability to influence, a strong team player who has what it takes to excel in high dynamic and fast-paced environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word etc
