Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and implement IT Private Banking Projects on investment product, credit management, compliance related or process approval flow etc.
  • Manage project processes, documentation, progress and status reporting, and escalation effectively
  • Work closely with users, vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation and testing
  • Monitor and communicate project progress and issues with project teams
  • Identify dependencies and potential risks across project, take measure to resolve issues and mitigate risk
  • Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to resolve issue, and collaborate with developers and/or external parties to resolve technical issue
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties
Requirements
  • Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • 8+ years relevant experience with proven track record in business analysis and project management, preferably in banking or financial sector.
  • Knowledge in private banking investment product, credit management, process approval flow would be an advantage
  • Experience on Triple'A Plus product would be an advantage
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptive to changes
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
