Business Technology Manager (Personal Banking)

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and implement IT Private Banking Projects on investment product, credit management, compliance related or process approval flow etc.
Manage project processes, documentation, progress and status reporting, and escalation effectively
Work closely with users, vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation and testing
Monitor and communicate project progress and issues with project teams
Identify dependencies and potential risks across project, take measure to resolve issues and mitigate risk
Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to resolve issue, and collaborate with developers and/or external parties to resolve technical issue
Liaise and coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties

Requirements

Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
8+ years relevant experience with proven track record in business analysis and project management, preferably in banking or financial sector.
Knowledge in private banking investment product, credit management, process approval flow would be an advantage
Experience on Triple'A Plus product would be an advantage
Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
Self-motivated and adaptive to changes
Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
