Mission
You will work in the Finance Department, within the Accounting team of Tikehau Capital. You will report to the Supplier Accounting Manager.
The Supplier Manager is in charge of monitoring suppliers at the level of funds and vehicles managed by Tikehau IM:
- Preparation of purchase orders,
- Verification of compliance of invoices received or other documents received,
- Association of invoices with purchase order and budget line,
- Preparation of the internal validation circuit in the monitoring files (chronoinvoice) and/or in the approval tool being implemented,
- Coordination with the business teams for the validation of purchase orders and invoices, as well as with the fund accountants,
- Preparation of payment campaigns,
- Preparation of periodic reporting on key aggregates,
- Archiving of invoices,
- Participation in the preparation of forecasts.

You will also actively participate in the implementation of the approval tool and participate in the periodic updating of the payment process.

Profile

• Experience : 3 years minimum work experience
• Level of study : BTS Accounting and management, DEUST Management and accounting of companies, DUT GEA (management of companies and administrations) option accounting and financial management, Professional degree in management and accounting (accounting and financial management option; management control option; accounting and payroll option; accounting review option), Accounting and management degree

Competencies :

• Knowledge of commercial transaction legislation
• Be able to use computer tools
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Speak/write fluently in English
