Overview

The Specialist will work in the Asset Liability Management team within Corporate Treasury, focusing on liquidity risk management. The primary responsibilities of the analyst include preparation and review of liquidity reports/analytics including but not limited to liquidity stress testing, LCR, NSFR, development of liquidity assumptions, and ad-hoc analysis related to the liquidity impact of business initiatives. The candidate will join a talented global team of Treasury personnel responsible for the company's capital management, asset and liability management, funding, and liquidity risk management.

To fulfill this role, the analyst will be required to:
  • Collect and evaluate the firm's data in preparation of liquidity positions reports and forecasts
  • Prepare and develop analytics related to liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR, LST, RLAP, RLEN etc.)
  • Collect and develop analysis related to regulatory initiatives, provide responses to Fed/DFS/OCC liquidity exams
  • Develop various liquidity related documentation including policies and procedures
  • Conduct ad-hoc liquidity analysis
  • Interact with Risk and Audit on liquidity related matters

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance concepts and analysis techniques, and the ability to apply them in a broad business area.
  • Knowledge of US liquidity regulations as well as broad knowledge of liquidity risk management framework preferred

Ability to provide concise, written reports/memorandums/presentations, as well as make effective oral presentations.

Additional skillset includes (preferred but not required): analysis of financial statements, business process modeling; quick learning capacity; poise under pressure; strong quantitative and qualitative skills; ability to synthesize large amounts of data; works effectively in a co-located team environment; interacts comfortably with staff at all levels; SQL / Power BI / Tableau / QRM skills.
