Our client is one of Asia's leading Fintechs, a hyper-growth stage firm that is constantly developing its technology function and product offerings. They are well-funded and have a strong footprint in South East Asia with a strong banking and fintech customer base. With constant growth and expansion within the business, they are looking for a senior recruiter to join the team to cover the APAC market and focus on technical and non-technical roles across the mid-senior level.

Some responsibilities will include:
  • Independently manage a portfolio of multiple roles across the APAC region, North and south America.
  • Drive a 360 process for the candidate and hiring manager experience from drafting the job description to the pre-onboarding stage.
  • Leveraging social recruiting tools, internal referral networks, and search partners to source potential external candidates across the board.
  • Deliver recruitment operations and improvement projects for the APAC region, liaising with the HRIS manager on ATS installation and ensuring the system data maintenance and consistency are effective.
  • Work with internal designers to develop fun and engaging talent attraction strategies along with employer branding teams to capture required talent in the marketplace online.
  • Partner with experienced and new hiring APAC managers advising them on protocols and best practices and implementing any feedback to any internal process iterations.


Ideal candidate:
  • 5-8 years of experience working in talent acquisition or recruitment profile
  • Prior experience working with start-ups, fintech, or new-age tech companies is preferred
  • Experience in being super-efficient and keeping up with a fast-paced environment without compromising accuracy and quality.
  • Proven track record of sourcing candidates from various channels, being able to outline turnaround times, and close roles quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with colleagues and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
  • Professional-level English and an Asian language are preferred.
  • Experience in initiating recruitment best practices and guidelines will be beneficial.
  • Campus Recruitment and ATS implementation experience will also be beneficial.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and the right attitude to evolve within a start-up culture.
  • Good command of Crypto industry development trends and its talent movement is a plus.
