The Role: Director Product Management - Strategic Product Manager
Grade/Level: 7 (relevant for internal applicants only)

Responsibilities
  • On a day-to-day basis, you'll be working within and across various PM and cross-functional teams in carrying out the core responsibilities of your role.
  • Lead development of product strategy aligned with broader business strategy
  • Perform product discovery to validate market opportunities and product solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product team to develop and maintain product roadmaps
  • Craft competitive market positioning including substantiating proof points to ensure successful GTM execution
  • Manage P&L to profitability while achieving customer delight and colleague satisfaction
What We're Looking For
An individual inspired by our mission (above) who is aligned with the values of our firm and brings the following skills and experience.
  • BS degree required; MS degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience practicing the product management discipline
  • Demonstrated capabilities in customer-validated product discovery
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, working in an agile software development framework, and crafting substantial go-to-market plans
  • Ability to maintain a strategic understanding of complex product portfolio and company direction, manage competing priorities to maximize outcomes.
  • Expert-level collaborator inspiring engagement across disciplines
  • Strong leadership with exceedingly clear communication and presentation skills
  • Be curious and passionate with a strong desire to learn and can-do attitude

  • For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated minimum base salary for this role would be $86,333. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
