Who we are looking for
State Street seeks to recruit a Project Coordination Analyst to assist on project delivery teams managed by Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering ("Cyber A&E"), a consultative team that develops automated solutions to unlock new technological capabilities and protect the bank.
This role will assist in the day-to-day support and coordination of the Project Delivery ("the function"), a group of professionals assigned to work within the Cyber A&E portfolio to deliver products, services, features, capabilities, and other outcomes of benefit.

What you will be responsible for
Desired Outcomes
  • Aid in initiatives in other areas of Cyber Architecture & Engineering to ensure reporting requirements are being incorporated into solution and deliverable enhancements
  • Assist with creation and collection of content for key meetings
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings with key stakeholders across time-zones globally
  • Document and assist with follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Facilitate, support and attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Provide administrative support for the function as needed
  • Undertake project tasks as required
  • Ensure that the function's deadlines are met
  • Support requirements gathering and documentation with business, client, or technology partner groups
  • Receive direction and feedback with an open, positive, 'One-Team' mindset
  • Partner across cross functional groups with a One Team mindset to drive efficiencies, insights, and solutions
  • Support the creation of summary-level progress and status reports

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations, coordination or administration function
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, clean, concise PowerPoint presentations with cohesive narrative
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Yammer, SharePoint Sites and Pages or similar user-friendly web design platforms 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a proactive and self-directed manner
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, along with strong inter-personal skills
  • Experience operating in regulated environment
  • Operations or administration experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree in a business or technical field preferred
