The Responsibilities:
- Tracking pipeline and forecasting team Sales performance vs target
- Liaising with Regional Sales Directors and Sales Management on key opportunities the Specialist team is working on to ensure full alignment
- Setting and managing goals and KPIs for team members throughout the year
- Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure the highest level of performance and development of all individuals
- Collaborating across lines of business to ensure that overall business goals are achieved
- Working with the Capital Markets Product team to ensure market requirements are reflected in portfolio developments
- Working with the regional marketing team to ensure that the Capital Markets brand, solutions, and offerings are effectively communicated to the market
- Representing the Capital Markets organization at industry events including speaking opportunities
The Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge and experience in multi-asset Electronic Trading technology
- Strong working knowledge and experience in Market Data
- Proven track record in Sales Leadership with a minimum of 3 -5 years' experience
