The Responsibilities:
- Achievement of team new business sales and commercial targets as defined
- Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in a designated portfolio of partners
- Identify new markets and channels to widen opportunities for new business through designated partners
- Manage and expand key stakeholder networks with designated partners and work closely with internal teams to identify and expand networks
- Identifies potential for co-creation opportunities with partners and joint go-to-market
- Oversee and guide negotiation of mutually beneficial partnership terms and volume commitments that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Local sales execution of Partner Development & Success Initiatives
- Iterate joint account mapping with designated partners
- Facilitate contact and instigate joint discussions and planning
- Local liaison with partners
- Drive local adoption of new company products and services with sales and partners
The Requirements:
- Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the technology sector with business development or alliance management roles
- Experience in SaaS sales channel
- Demonstrable success in over-achievement against sales plans in a matrix environment
- Clear evidence of successfully developing business through channels in complex organizations using an OEM model
- Excellent presentation skills
- Clear evidence of being able to influence at C-Level
