Senior Transactions Analyst, Private Equity

Our client is a highly reputable private equity firm boasting impressive performance for their investors. A Senior Analyst position has arisen representing an entry level team management position to lead 1- 2 Analysts within our clients Private Equity Transactions Processing Team located in operations.

This vibrant, collaborative team, work in a varied capacity, within a deadline environment, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of investment cash flows (capital draw downs and distributions) between investors and in-house/third-party records, resolving cash breaks, update FX rates and process payments to name just a few responsibilities.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years operations processing experience gained in a financial services firm with prior experience overseeing daily team workloads and mentoring/coaching less experienced team members. Formal team management experience is not required, however candidates will enjoy motivating and training junior team members in previous roles.

Candidates will also demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will gain enormous exposure interacting across the business including front office.

Candidates will demonstrate a passion for identifying opportunities to improve and challenge internal processes with a strong attention to detail. As a proactive team player, you will demonstrate a curious, change mind set with the aptitude to assist colleagues to implement process improvements and achieve common goals/deadlines.

To be considered candidates demonstrate strong Excel skills to include VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables and Formulas. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your Excel skills further to include Macro/VBA ability as training will be provided.
