On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Transversal Projects & Reporting Analyst for a 6 month contract based in London with hybrid working.

Purpose of the Role:

Transversal Projects & Reporting team Function holds responsibility for the transversal projects and reporting framework within the KYC Operations team and will also coordinate with other client management teams on transversal topics, representing the UK KYC ops team. This includes:
  • Data quality
  • Data clean up
  • Data maintenance
  • Reporting

As a Transversal Projects & Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and improving internal processes & communication between Front office & Due diligence to increase efficiency.
  • Orchestration of the transversal projects/topics (e.g. Passporting/Reliance, Client Life Cycle Transformation (TOM, Welcome app, RACI & role mandates, Macro-processes, etc.), enhancement of the tools and processes for UK DD team, etc.
  • Management and support of the Prasedio (incl. Fenergo) related topics in UK - work with UK Fenergo champion to produce and monitor MIs and KPIs related to the topic.
  • Work with UK KYC Operations manager and Central CLM teams to define and deliver the strategic plans for KYC Operations, including monitoring progress and delivery deadlines (especially on Passporting and reliance regime).
  • Continuous improvement of Power BI, SharePoint and other reporting tools.
  • Develop and produce accurate MI for the department for use at collab strategic level incl. territory management.

What we require from the candidate:
  • Excellent IT software knowledge of Excel & SQL.
  • Good understanding of Sharepoint & PowerBI & JavaScript.
  • Good change management skills including presentation skills on Key Quality Indicators (KQI) / Key Risk Indicators (KRI).
  • Ability to think strategically and see the overall picture of what the teams require in terms of Management Information (MIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Able to present complex issues in a succinct, simple and straightforward manner via the desired presentation framework as proposed by senior management.
