EMEA Credit Products Manager

LHH are working exclusively with a leading Global Bank, they are currently building a new team covering Credit Product Development for their EMEA Division and are looking for a candidates to join their experts as the EMEA Region Product Manager (SVP).

This role will be to review the current credit landscape, assess their products, review processes and lead the strategy across the operational requirements, problem solving where needed to ensure the development of products are delivered

Your Key Responsibilities for this EMEA Product Manager role will include:

• Be responsible for managing the end-to-end development of their credit products, building business cases and product enhancements
• Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth transition stages of the product development life cycle
• Provide insights and deliver market trends to assess new products
• Design and develop relevant products, building road maps and being the SME for the business
• Partner with Senior business stakeholders, governance committees and boards to define and implement solutions successfully.
• Recruit, Lead, mentor and develop the members of the team.
• Provide support to the wider Product Development team as required.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience of developing Credit Products within Wholesale Banking
• Full understanding of the Credit Management Life cycle from origination's to closure
• Be a clear communicator at all levels, confident in building business relationships within a global business.
• Be task oriented to ensure Projects are managed to tight deadlines.
• Able to create business cases, provide market analysis and troubleshoot with data sets.
