HR Business Partner

6 month fixed term contract for an experienced HR Business Partner based in Perth CBD with employer of choice.Our client is seeking the expertise of a proactive HR Business Partner who excels within stakeholder consultation and collaboration, whilst providing pragmatic HR solutions.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for your own stakeholder portfolio supporting in a generalist HR capacity. You will coach and develop line management through the end to end employee lifecycle, and support communication and influence for both organisational change and transformation.

This is an organisation that is noted for its corporate culture, team environment and contemporary HR practices.

The role will be offered as a six month contract due to internal promotion and secondment, but there is a strong possibility for longer term opportunities.

To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner from within a corporate environment who can demonstrate the ability to influence change, coach and develop line management and provide effective HR advice and practices to maintain a high performing workforce. It is essential that you have a generalist HR background with previous ER knowledge and the ability to interpret industrial tools.

The contract will be commence immediately or with short notice, and will be based within their Corporate Head Office in Perth's CBD.
