As part of a well-established operations team in Asia, you will be looking to drive value creation and new opportunities across portfolio companies, from due diligence through post investment. You will also be focused on tracking, executing and realizing key value creation levers across the portfolio and five results against the investment thesis.
You will perform competitive intelligence to understand the companies' positioning and opportunities in the market, then presenting such findings to management. In addition, you will need to be able to have a strong ability to influence senior key regional stakeholders and be able to process and critically evaluate business models from both strategic investor's perspectives.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of combined experience in leading consultancy and industry in the relevant markets.
- Fluency in English
- Good academic degree, MBA or CFA will be highly valued.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Candidates who prefer to be based in Singapore will be considered for a separate role
