We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Business Finance - Trust and Fiduciary Services.

Principal Responsibilities

• Responsibility for assisting the development & coordination of the Business Finance partnership across all Investments and Wealth Solution business teams globally which have responsibility for all GPBW products - discretionary, advisory, funds, alternatives, all types of lending, deposits, credit advisory, and trust & fiduciary services
• Be the key finance advisor to the Global Trust & Fiduciary Services (TFS) CEO and the management team. Build effective relationships with key local and global stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and accurate interpretation of the financials. Be the finance representative on all Excos and Board Meetings
• Lead business finance support to the business, driving business performance with insightful MI and analysis, using technology
• Interface with all other finance representatives
• Further develop MI, KPI and scorecard
• Own the overall business strategic planning and forecasting process, including target setting, financial projections and other strategic planning
• Provide timely support to Investments and Wealth Solutions (IWS) Head of Finance and CEO when required

Requirements

• Experience in a varied finance career across multiple finance disciplines, such as Financial Accounting and Control, Business Information and Analysis, Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Capital Management and Taxation, legal entity CFO, Accounting Policy, Change Management
• Obtain a formally recognized finance qualification
• Good understanding of the IWS, TFS, and/or GPB and Wealth Business desirable
• Strong relationship and communication skills and customer focused
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial bias, and an excellent grasp of business drivers
• Be proficient in identifying significant internal and external Business Finance trends, issues and findings with significant implications across business performance
• Proven lateral leadership skills, demonstrating ability to use initiative and effect change through people in a large matrix organization
• Ability to highlight issues, formulate recommendations and drive through their execution in a collective environment
