We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Product Management.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Develop specialist knowledge of the product management process to support all new project and enhancement requests within the overall objectives
  • Gather relevant data, costs and requirements to enable accurate and balanced decisions to be made
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap & Creates user stories with relevant acceptance criteria
  • Discuss with all stakeholders (customer, technical team, and PO) to make sure that there is no gap at any level
  • Ensure requirements are communicated clearly, consistently with software delivery, operations and functional colleagues at all levels
  • Be proactive and seek opportunities to improve the system usage by engaging with all relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts in a collaborative manner
  • Demonstrating product capabilities to new and existing users and conducting training as required
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative working relationship with colleagues and other key external stakeholders, creating an ability to execute at pace with minimum conflict
  • Build networks and manage day to day relationships with all staff on technology related matters in Risk and Business
  • Collate requests from business and risk for intelligence or opportunities to leverage the technology and data to help in the prioritization process
  • Provides support and direction at a global level and support at a regional level to the deployment of systems, including owning the test strategy and cases, supporting the testing activities
  • Identifying and driving enhancements to Product Management capabilities to drive greater global operational effectiveness and increase the return on investment
  • Developing and maintaining strong and productive relationships with a diverse set of customers and stakeholders
  • Using the technical and business knowledge to formulate actionable solutions to problems or identify new opportunities to enhance the system
  • Rapidly developing an accurate understanding of highly complex intelligence, analytics and case management tools, including multiple data feeds
  • Developing a large body of contextual knowledge on banking sectors and the associated specific risks

Requirements
  • Knowledge of Agile Tools and Techniques
  • Exposure to banking Fraud system/process & able to perform product demos to users
  • Proven track record as an outstanding analyst, consultant or project manager
  • Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise
  • Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
  • Exposure to business case development and a sound understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits
  • Strong experience of delivering change into different audiences and managing implementation in banking environments
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
  • Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective
  • Good sense in understanding system functions and architecture design
