Are you passionate about identifying talent, building and driving innovative strategies, and developing and maintaining strong client relationships? We're looking for an Associate to join our Recruiting Team and use their skills and market knowledge to bring the best professionals and graduates into the firm.

OUR IMPACT

The Recruiting Team determines hiring needs, creates sourcing strategies and manages full life cycle recruiting. We drive initiatives for creative sourcing strategies to ensure the firm has a diverse recruitment pipeline. We present clients with thoughtful options based on intimate knowledge of the business, design and drive recruiting strategies and events, and build and maintain strong relationship with various organizations and diversity groups to assist in non-traditional recruiting venues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute local and overseas hiring strategies
  • Develop and manage relationships with recruiting agencies, university career centers, student clubs and faculty at target schools
  • Manage searches for open positions and oversee candidate flow and communication for hiring managers
  • Work together with HCM Business Partners on divisional people processes, client requests and the offer process
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to advise on market conditions, competitor information and diversity objectives
  • Act as a true divisional advisor on all aspects of hiring ( new graduate and experienced ) including strategic on-campus and digital marketing rollouts, direct sourcing initiatives, diversity programs, internal mobility and the employee referral program
  • Take ownership of divisional recruiting and independently manage all aspects of vendor engagement, budget and metrics, and recruiting strategy
  • Provide management reports and analysis to divisional management
  • Proactively keep up to date, understand and map the availability of divisional talent in the industry
  • Work with the wider Talent Acquisition Team to develop and execute our Firmwide recruitment strategy
  • Ensure impartial and fair treatment of all applicants
  • Manage cross-divisional logistics for recruiting events and road shows
  • Responsible for candidate selection and care

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • At least five years of recruiting/search experience in fast-paced, dynamic organizations
  • Expertise within Investment Banking ideally with exposure to corporate advisory recruitment would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English;
  • Strong client focus, service orientation and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment, and execute without error across a wide range of competing demands
  • Credibility to influence at the highest level within the division and firm
  • Bachelor's degree
