Senior Analyst, Structured Finance, Corporate Bank

Overview

With ambitious bank strategy in the region a well-established corporate bank is seeking to hire an Senior Analyst, Leveraged and Structured Finance team to support the origination and execution of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions in Asia.

Role Responsibilities

• You will support senior bankers of the leveraged and acquisition finance team in end-to-end duties including origination and execution, including research, idea generation, pitch book preparation, transaction structuring through to documentation and deal closing

• Conduct valuation analysis, trading comparable and precedent transaction analysis
• Build detailed financial models for valuation and benchmark purposes, as well as financial performance measurement
• Prepare credit analysis and internal credit approvals and assist in the execution of loan documentation including Facility Agreement, Fee Letters, Security Documents and all other legal documents

Requirements

• 3 years leveraged / structured / acquisition finance experience in corporate banking;

• Financial Modelling experience including strong valuation/credit analysis skills
• Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
• Highly adaptable, a strong team player
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation/excel and powerpoint skills in English;
• Due to target customer segment, proficiency in English is a must.
