Technology Operations and Risk
Technology and Operations Risks mission is to deliver first-line defenses to manage Cyber and Fraud risks to Morgan Stanley's technology, operations and information through risk identification, control management and assurance. This allows the business to operate and grow in a secure and legally compliant manner. The team's vision is to deliver programs that protect and enable the business, ensure secure delivery of services to clients, adjust to address the risks presented by an evolving threat landscape and meet regulatory expectations.

DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking Change the Bank Lead to join Asia Technology, Operations & Risk (TOR) Program Management team to drive TOR project delivery and act as local champion to advocate change the bank activities for TOR. Reporting to the ED, Asia Head of Program Management. Key responsibilities include collation of books of work required across various workstreams that span both the Program and the wider daily operational initiatives, reporting on progress/risks/issues, and preparing/leading critical checkpoints. There will be high engagement / interaction with various Business lines, Technology, and wider Firm organizations.
The Candidate should be passionate about asking and answering questions and managing broad relationships to achieve results.
In addition, they will be required to provide such value-added services as bridging gaps between our Business partners, application development, support, and infrastructure teams. The position requires individuals with working knowledge of technology, strong cross discipline skill sets with the ability to work and adapt to dynamic fast-paced environment. Team members are also committed to constant process improvement and responsible for delivery on time and to measurable results.
