Are you looking to progress your career to the next step within practice and step up to a Director role for a top 10 firm?

I am looking to speak with an ACCA/ ACA or equivalent Senior Manager looking to make the next step up in your career. This is an incredible opportunity to work for a Top 10 firm- servicing a large portfolio of International clients and assisting in the growth and management of the wider team. For this position you will have had experience at a senior management level within a large accountancy practice. For this role you will need to bring enthusiasm and drive to assist in the growth and development of the team and client base.

My client is a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory firm working with some of the biggest named clients in their Industry. Within the firm you will be given guided mentorship by the Senior Management team, with personal coaching to oversee your career development.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting the senior leadership team with running the team from a staffing perspective
• Providing an efficient, client focussed and proactive service to meet the needs of clients
• Owning relationships relating to outsourcing services with a significant portfolio of clients
• Ensuring wider stakeholder awareness of client activity given others in the firm will be providing services to and/or will own the high level relationships with many of the clients;
• Coaching more junior members of the team to develop their client management skills
• Acting as mentor and appraiser for more junior members of the team
• Managing financial relationship with clients being recovery, debtor, and work in progress and ensuring that the company's risks are managed appropriately
