Requirements

Deep knowledge and exposure within a certain or certain asset class(es) outside of the equity space
Experience with discretionary strategy creation
Relevant experience in the investment management industry
Degree/education in relevant financial field
Intellectual curiosity
Have a high attention to detail
Makes accurate use of logic and considers all relevant factors to make rational, realistic and sound decisions
