Responsibility
- Support the team to identify & evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Produce investment materials to support business development effort
- Market research, financial modelling, comparable company & deal analysis
- Work alone with the execution team and ensure that deals are completed timely and effectively
- Bachelor degree or above with 2+ years of relevant experience in Private Equity, IBD, Big 4 Advisory team
- Detail-minded with strong capability to interpret financial statements and develop investment thesis
- Outstanding Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good spoken Cantonese and English
