Responsibilities
- Data and insight partner (co-lead) on Cashless and Payments business including Local and Overseas Payments. Work closely with Product and Marketing teams.
- Create and deliver clear and concise presentations to the key stakeholders/senior management; Lead discussions on squad objectives and priorities; Lead discussions on analytics approach and interpretation of results.
- Utilize Data Driven Operation Model (DDOM) to maximize value from data. Identify key trends, provide insights on performance & causality. Identify opportunities and drive experiments to deepen customer engagement.
- Must have strong coding skills and ability to multi-task. Develop and drive automation of Dashboards.
- Participate in migration projects including project management and QC checks as and when necessary
- Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive
- Proficient in SAS/Python Programming, Enterprise Guide, macro and SQL
- Strong Project management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skill in dealing with all levels of staff and stakeholders
- Minimum degree qualification, advanced degree will be preferred
- Demonstrate Critical Thinking and ability to suggest improvements
- With at least 7-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably with data management and analytics in the banking industry
- Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer or related disciplines
- Preferred knowledge in Business Intelligence tools and data mining
- Experience to manipulate and handle large dataset
