Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. 
Key Accountabilities
- Design, storyboard and develop online learning courses using Articulate Rise or Storyline, other animation tools, working with Subject Matter Expert (SME) in creating learning packages.
- Recommend and curate relevant courses for internal staff development
- Production of regular status updates on training programme milestones and achievements
- Perform administration for learning registration, attendance, gather feedback and produce learning metrics reports
- Work with SMEs and help them create and onboard their new courses to the most effective learning channel and format, as well as suggest improvements to existing ones to fit the purpose.
- Gather feedback of the learning courses through various channels, e.g. questionnaires/surveys, discussions with managers.
- Design, storyboard and develop online learning courses using Articulate Rise or Storyline, and other animation tools (Adobe, Vyond and PowToon), working with Subject Matter Expert (SME) in creating learning packages.
- Ensure our internal staff learning needs are met - recommend, curate, implement, and monitor training programmes within the department.
- Track and provide regular learning metrics reports and learning achievements, using standard MS Office tools such as MS Excel, power points, etc.
- Implement programme marketing and communication plan which may include collateral creations, design for event and presentation slides.
- Maintain an up-to-date course list and content in the Learning Portal.
- Perform administration for learning registration, attendance, gather feedback and produce learning metrics reports
- Perform other tasks and projects as and when necessary required to support business objectives and learning operations etc.
- Experience in instructional design, learning curriculum in an IT environment preferred.
- Good inter-personal and relationship building skills, able to initiate a conversation and provide customer centric approach to assist stakeholders.
- Interested and passionate in developing learning solution, solve problems and improving current processes.
- Committed to learn fast, adaptable and passionate to deliver quality work as a team
- Good working attitude with strong work ethics and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Articulate (eLearning authorising tool), Animation tools, Excel (e.g. pivot table) and Power Point
- Ability to represent quantitative information in a visual form that facilitates effective decision making
- Proficient verbal and writing skills
