The Role

This role provides HR advisory services, deliver value-added client focus and service in all aspects of human resources to support business operations and performance while ensuring country HR regulatory requirements are compliant.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality HR advisory services including but not limited to process employees' data change, ensure records are properly updated in HR system and maintain proper documentation/approvals
  • Conduct induction for new joiners
  • Handle end-to-end off-boarding formalities including exit interview
  • Implement the administration of HR policies and procedures and ensures compliance with local laws
  • Provide advice, guidance and consultation to employees where appropriate on HR programs, policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate personnel file and records storage in compliance with corporate policy and procedures
  • Prepare HR metric, reports, presentation materials and other HR related documents for reporting and analysis
  • Participate in and contribute to HR related projects as required to support internal resources and clients
Qualifications
  • Degree holder in Human Resources or in related disciplines
  • At least 7 years solid experience in general HR functions in sizable organizations, preferably gained in financial industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Good team player, proactive, mature, excellent analytical skills and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrable evidence of the ability to be flexible, adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
